Service Description

Not all conflict is bad, but much of it is unnecessary and avoidable. In this fun and interactive session, participants are trained in conflict management, active listening and collaborative problem-solving tools to help make disagreements less stressful and more productive. Personality testing (per participant cost extra) is used to make this fun, interactive, playful and memorable. Participants leave with a toolbox and language to manage future conflict more effectively and prevent unnecessary conflict.
